Religion doesn't thrive on the internet.
Corrected: Blackwater personnel have fought and blead ... for their personal bank accounts. If they cared about serving their country they would have joined the military.

“If they made McDonalds wages they could not but income is also at a different level in Europe compared to the US. Jobs that in the US pays a ***** wage you can not live off, do provide you with a living wage in Europe. How or why? Because of the work done by labor unions over the past century and labor unions that are 100% different from what you know in the US, European labor unions are often associated with political parties and are not run by individuals ala Jimmy Hoffa type of unions here int he US nor have they been used in criminal enterprises as they have here in the US.

The Australian entry (Leeuwin Estate) is easily the most over-hyped wine in Australia. Expensive and decidedly average. That said, some of the best red wine in the world comes from the Margaret River Region. These are Vineyards, not regions. Buried as inaccurate.?

That painting was done by Mike Mitchell:http://www.sirmikeofmitchell.com/He's a Digg user and a pretty cool guy, he gave me permission to use the image on an AMX touch panel I installed. He has some great artwork on that site.

Oh dear... I don't think there are too many names that could be worse than "iSnack2.0". Seriously what the ***** is that? It's a food, not a ***** iPhone application. Whoever chose the name, and the guy that came up with the name should both be shot. I mean, with any luck on the company's part, this'll be around for at least 5-10 years and it's really not a name that's going to last. They're going to look like absolute retards promoting "iSnack2.0" especially when Apple have moved on from their i-fetish.

Of course what a person believes about morality dominates how they judge things. The question is, where does that person's idea of morality come from? Both the "liberals" and "conservatives" have essentially emotionalistic and religiously-held beliefs about morality with no basis in observed facts, but that's not necessary to everyone's view of morality. It just happens to be how they approach the subject. He also seems to make the implicit assumption that manipulating his chosen statistics is the definition of making decisions based on facts. What about external factors? What about wider principles? If someone understands that government intervention in the economy can never be a productive good, then of course they'll object to any one particular type of government intervention. That's not an emotionally-driven, irrational, morally-blind bias - it's a higher order of understanding. |
