It's the polite way of saying "needs his ass kicked."Rape is generally not about sex, it's about violence and control; the ultimate confirmation that one person has the ability to do anything he wants to another person. It's about proving to the victim that the rapist is in control and the victim is helpless to stop him. This is a severely *****-up individual, and needs more than locking up. He needs to be psychologically repaired before he is released back to the world.This is why it pisses me off so much when a woman gets angry at her boyfriend (or someone she's just mad at) and claims rape. Not only is the charge so serious that even the allegation destroys lives, but it also belittles the tragedy of those women who have had to endure violent rape.All that being said, once the person HAS served his time and had his chance to figure out why it's never okay to force someone into sex, there comes a time to let him move on with his life. There is such a thing as remorse and should be forgiveness. A mistake made in one's youth and paid for by long years in prison should not keep one from ever returning to society, unless there is mitigating circumstance, such as multiple, brutal attacks indicating that the person did not make a mistake, but instead is just devoid of human understanding of right and wrong. Those people don't get released, anyway. They generally stay in prison for the rest of their lives.

I half messed the above post up. Basically though, the gist is that real science has moved on long ago, sites like this pop up about fasting from time to time, and a CR diet is likely to have more downsides than up.
